Besides being the Co-Founder of Social Fan Wrap, Tony N Priscaro is the VP, Sales and Marketing with NASCAR Nationwide Series Race Team, JD Motorsports. Tony has been instrumental in growing an independent family owned race team to a house hold name amongst the NASCAR fan base. In 2011, JD Motorsports had its best year competitively and financially securing the most sponsorship dollars in existence while JD Motorsports driver, Mike Wallace, finished 13th in driver points, a team best. 2011 also marked a first for JD Motorsports and NASCAR. Tony secured a marketing/sponsorship deal with Universal Studios and its’ movie Cowboys & Aliens. It was the first time in NASCAR history a major motion picture sponsored a race team with Primary sponsorship of their race car for multiple races. It was also the first time a NASCAR team brought on a sponsor with its’ marketing goals based solely on social media.
THE PROMOTION was based on generating NASCAR fans to go to the Cowboys and Aliens Facebook page to become a “LIKE”. For doing so the fan was rewarded by having their Facebook profile picture on the JD Motorsports/Mike Wallace #01 Cowboys & Aliens Chevrolet in a mosaic paint scheme to be raced for the first time at Daytona International Speedway during the 2011 Fourth of July Weekend. Hence, Social Fan Wrap was born.
Using his natural entrepreneurial ability, Tony had an influential role in developing revenue streams for Clear Channel Communication’s new digital department in 2005. Although Tony started in a test city, Charlotte, NC, he was promoted within three years to oversee a region’s digital revenue that consisted of 54 stations in 11 different markets. Some of Tony’s strategies and ideas are still being used by Clear Channel nationally today.
Jim Varga is the co-founder and Executive Vice President of Social Fan Wrap He is a high energy goal-driven leader that displays expert knowledge in the internet sales and marketing industry.
With over 20 years as an experienced internet entrepreneur and applying a strong expertise in data-driven, long-term strategic planning, he has led this company through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes.
Mr. Varga is an avid Nascar fan and secured a Nationwide NASCAR sponsorship for the 2011 race season for Half Off Deals. Mr. Vargas entrepreneurial experience has led his passions to making investments in related industry self funded projects that consist of patent pending technology. Mr. Varga is the co-founder of Social Fan Wrap LLC., the advertising driven Social Fan Wrap technology that allows users to place their social network profile image in a mosaic fashion. As a result of this technology, Mr. Varga secured a Nationwide sponsorship with Universal studios and their 2011 Summer blockbuster release of Cowboys and Aliens placing over 55,000 fans on the 01 Chevrolet NASCAR driven by Mike Wallace.
